1.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Items:
Once a product has been opened or used, it becomes non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes removing packaging, assembling the item, or any signs of use.

2.⁠ ⁠Returns of Unopened Items:
If the item is still in its original condition and packaging as delivered, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns are subject to a 30% service/restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

3.⁠ ⁠Return Approval Required:
All returns must be authorized by our team in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

5.⁠ ⁠Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the service fee) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
